SprintRay's customer support is top tier. I've spoken with Oscar and Eric multiple times. Both team members have been exceptionally helpful in addressing my issues. I would not only recommend SprintRay products but also encourage dental professionals to take advantage of the phenomenal customer service provided.
We experienced and issue with the tank on our printer. We worked with Luis S. and he was amazing and handled our issue with such efficiency. He is one of the best technical support managers and we really appreciate all of his help.
Customer service is amazing! Oscar (who is the best) helped us figure out an issue that took him on a wild goose chase for 2 months. Most people would have given up but Oscar would not let it go until he found the solution. We are so appreciative of all of the time and patience it took. Thanks Oscar! I vote him in for "Employee of the month"!
We use SprintRay at our Ortho office and have been very happy so far with the print speed, accuracy and workflow.
We had an issue arise and they have a quick swap program to keep us operational.
This is an awesome service to have to avoid downtime.
thanks SprintRay!
Just started with our Sprintray journey and encountered some hiccups early on...Luckily Sprintray has created an amazing support team. Our agent, Oscar, went above and beyond resolving our issues and took all the time we needed. The product is great, results amazing, but the support is the start. Thanks again!
Emily was EXTREMELY helpful. After me fumbling and attempting to rectify an issue she calmly took me by the (virtual) hand and led me down the right path......my printer was not logged on. Sort of a gentle smack to the back of the head acknowledging that 'there ya go, dummy' but being much more courteous, professional and kind. Thank you again for hiring Emily. She is patient, friendly and VERY understanding.
One of the most innovative and revolutionary company that dental industry currently have. Great experiences, better products and the best people around all of that. 100% recommended if you want to turn your practice in a really profitable one šš» ā¦
Donāt do it. Our printer quit after just under two years with light use and meticulous maintenance. They also only support a small range of resins and customer support is very hit or miss.
*an edit as this story evolves. SprintRay did indeed get in touch after my review, and in order to ārepair the relationshipā I was given the contact info for someone in management to use when customer service was not up to my expectations. Found out today that the repair bill for my 95pro will be $1500 on top of the $160ish that I had to pay for shipping and a new box, and curious if I will have to pay to ship it back. Every time I point out that paying 10% of the total cost of the printer in repairs for a machine just under two years old is crazy, I am given the company line that they have a one year warranty as if that might make me feel better? Or maybe it makes them feel better? The really silly part is that I was about to pull the trigger on a second printer and did, in fact, but obviously with a different brand. It seems a bit backwards to lose a 10k+ sale plus resin and tank sales over a repair that probably costs SprintRay a couple hundred bucks but hey, itās just a reputation, right?
